Despite her young age, she is already considered one of the most talented cellists! She started playing at the age of four, made her debut with orchestra two years later and was admitted to the prestigious Moscow Conservatory at the age of twelve. On a daily basis she plays a cello from 1743, created by the violin maker icon Giovanni Battista Guadagnini.
We will hear Anastasia Kobekina already on 25 November in the 3rd edition of the Eufonie Festival. In the Chamber Hall of the Warsaw Philharmonic, she will perform in the company of Luka Okros, a Georgian pianist and composer, a graduate of the Royal College of Music in London, where he studied under the supervision of Prof. Norma Fischer.
