EUFONIE festival available
It is a priority for us, the organizers of the Eufonie festival, to make the venues where the various festival events take place fully friendly, accessible and suitable for you in every respect. Therefore, as of this year, we are in the process of implementing an accessibility strategy that we have planned for 2021-2024. We believe that with each successive edition, the festival will reach a wider audience, including people with disabilities, people with special needs, the elderly, pregnant women and large families. For the 3rd edition of the festival, we have already introduced a number of conveniences to make it easier to get around the 7 festival locations, located in the very center of Warsaw.
Facilities offered for the 3rd edition of the festival:
- Expanded offer of discounted tickets, among others. For people with disabilities and their caregivers, pregnant women, seniors, large families. *The festival organizer invites wheelchair users for free,
- Trained staff and volunteers to support the festival,
- tactile plans (tiflomaps) of some locations,
- The right to enter with an assistance dog during all festival concerts (water bowl provided),
- Induction loops for the hearing impaired at selected concerts (information to be announced at a later date),
- promotional and communication materials in PJM,
- materials in braille,
- Provision of a PJM interpreter for peri-festival events at the National Philharmonic (opening and closing of the festival),
- alternative texts in social media,
- Simplified preview plans of the Hall with information: entrance/exit, restroom, checkroom, elevator, foyer, store, information desk (added by the Organizer systematically),
- Online streaming of selected concerts (information to be announced at a later date),
- Cooperation with a consultant for the development of the company. Availability.
